Get a snapshot of your current state of health. The Martin Charles Fitness MOT will provide you with an overview of your current state of health and wellbeing. The Fitness MOT is a set of simple pre-exercise questionnaires, checks and tests to ascertain if you are fit, healthy and able to undertake new exercise. This procedure provides a Realtime snapshot of your current health which can easily be compared against previous and future Fitness Assessments.

The benefit of a Fitness MOT is that it ensures there are no underlying health issues that may present a risk to your health prior to undertaking a new programme of exercise. If any issues are identified, then you will be asked to make an appointment with your GP or medical professional for further investigation.
